Approved artwork files, and all other relevant approved material is handed over to the pre-approved production house for conversion to the appropriate format for publication/reproduction.

PROOF/PROTOTYPE CHECK AND APPROVAL

Client and QCD thoroughly check proofs and prototypes to ensure their technical accuracy and quality.
Proofs need to be signed off before publication/reproduction can commence.

COMMENCE PUBLICATION/REPRODUCTION

Approved proofs and accompanying material are handed over to the appropriate publishing/reproduction facility for the roll-out of the project.
