Packaging
Many factors
play an important part in developing the relationship between purchaser
and product. Price, positioning, promotion and product appeal all
play a part, but good packaging is so often that final element that
closes the sale.
Good package
design is not only the one that is chosen off the shelf - it is
the one that keeps being chosen ahead of it's competiton.
The package
design not only needs to get the product noticed, it needs to do
so in a way that the purchaser will want to relate to, and in many
cases, keep relating to. Good packaging not only positions the product
in the marketplace it becomes the visual expression of the product
itself.
